Rocky Linux is an open-source enterprise operating system designed to be 100% bug-for-bug compatible with Red Hat Enterprise Linux.

As the information on Drupal.org page, Drupal 9.5 is the final minor release of the 9.x series. It will be supported until November 2023. It also provides the same public API as Drupal 10.0 aside from deprecated code.
